Bhindi Coconut Masala Recipe
Bhindi (Ladyfinger) is a very popular vegetable in India. From children to elders, everyone likes to eat ladyfinger. But, cooking it in one way can be very boring that you can also stop eating this vegetable. So let us know more ways to make lady's finger which can be doubled by adding coconut flavor.
Ingredients for Bhindi Coconut Masala
250 grams chopped Bhindi
2 tomatoes
1 large chopped onion
5 cloves of garlic
grated ginger
Half cup fresh coconut
Half cup grated coconut
2 Tsp salt
One teaspoon Cumin seeds
Half a teaspoon of red chillies
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
2 tablespoons oil
Method to make Bhindi Coconut Masala
Grind coarsely in Bhindi First onion to make coconut masala, tomatoes, ginger, grinder garlic and ½ cup coconut. Take it out in a bowl.
Put seeds in the insert after oil in a pan and heated. After this, put the spices in the pan to fry and mix other spices and salt in it.
When the color of the spices turns brown, drop the chopped bhindi in it and after mixing, leave it covered with a plate for a while.
Allow the vegetable to cook, in the meantime keep mixing it so that your ladyfingers do not get burnt. After 10 minutes, add grated coconut to it and then let it cook for five more minutes.
Vegetables you serve hot mix coriander.
