Home Made Chocolate Cupcake in the Bowl

It is an ideal chocolate snack recipe made from the oven without any flour, with sugar and cocoa powder. This is one of the unique cake dishes that can be eaten as a dessert or snack, along with beverages. This is an ideal dessert alternative recipe for those who do not have traditional oven and cupcake molds.

However, it may be difficult for those who do not have an oven or mold. This recipe is dedicated to those who can be made with steel bowl cups without an oven, and in the cooker.

I have posted a lot of egg less cake recipes that include oven or pressure cookers in a cake mold. This can be difficult for those who want to make cakes regularly and try occasionally. Apparently, they would not like to buy these tools and would prefer to make them easily available in the kitchen. So I thought about posting the bowl cupcake recipe in the cooker.

Ingredients for Chocolate Cupcake

1 Cup milk

1/2 Cup Oil

1 Tsp vinegar

1 Tsp vanilla extract

3/4 Sugar

1 Cup Maida 

½ Cup Cocoa powder

1/2 Baking powder

4 Tsp Baking Soda

4 Tsp Salt

Butter paper

Method to Make Chocolate Cupcake

First, in a large bowl take 1 cup milk, ½ cup oil, 1 t spoon vinegar, 1 t spoon vanilla extract and ¾ cup sugar.

Mix well until the sugar dissolves.

Now place a sieve and add 1¼ cup maida, ½ cup cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ¼ tsp salt.

Make sure there are no lumps in the dough.

Mix using the cut and fold method and make sure there are no lumps in it.

Make smooth silky consistency batter.

Take a small bowl or cup and grease it with oil. You can optionally use cupcake molds.

Batten a butter paper underneath to prevent it from sticking.

Pour the batter into the bowl and tap twice.

To bake cakes in the cooker, add 1½ cups salt or sand to the bottom of the cooker.

Place a plate and close the cooker, heat it for 10 minutes on medium heat. Make sure to remove the gasket and whistle from the cooker.

After 10 minutes, place the bowl in a hot cooker.

Cover with a medium flame and cook for 30 minutes. You can optionally bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.

Finally, enjoy a bowl cake or egg less chocolate cupcake in the bowl after it has cooled completely.
