During winter, hot things should be eaten, which increases immunity and also reduces cold. Today we are telling you the recipe of Til and mawa ladoo, which is delicious as well as healthy.

Ingredients of Til Mawa Ladoo Recipe



Til (sesame) 500 grams 
Half cup mix dry fruit
2 tsp cardamom powder
Khoya or Mawa 500 grams 
ground sugar or boora 400 grams
1 teaspoon Ghee

How to make Til Mawa Ladoo Recipe


First of all take dry fruits and keep them finely chopped aside. Now take a non stick pan and heat it. Fry all dry fruits in it till it becomes light brown.

Now keep them in a pot and let it cool. Later grind them finely by putting them in a blender. Save a few finely chopped dry fruits and keep them aside.

Now put mawa ie khoya in the same pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Mix ground sugar or boora, cardamom powder and dry fruits in it.

Take half a teaspoon of ghee on the palm and spread it. Now take a small amount of the mixture that is roasted and give it the shape of ladoo. Make laddus in the same way as the whole mixture.

Now serve them in a plate. If you want, you can also store them in a box.
