4 cups cooked rice

How to make Red Paste
First 9 to 10 proof red chili, one onion, 8 garlic buds, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, one teaspoon lemon grass, lemon rind, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons green coriander to make red paste
Now put the pan on the gas, keep the heat in the dim. Boil 1 cup of water in it. When the water is hot, add red chili to it and boil it as well. Then cool it after boiling
When your chili cools down, remove its seeds and grind the red chili thoroughly in the mixer with all the paste. Take your red paste ready.
Pulao making method
To make Red Pulao, first heat the oil and add red paste to it and fry it thoroughly. After this, mix all the vegetables, green peas and soy sauce in the pan. After this, when it is roasted well, add rice and salt to it
After a while, turn off the gas and hold the Pulao so that it is cooked with steam and well. After removing the pulao for a while, you garnish the green coriander and serve it.
