Ingredients for Urad Dal Kachori Recipe


Urad Dal 2 cups 

Wheat flour 

Asafoetida a pinch 

1 Tsp garam masala 

1 Tsp fennel 

Roasted Cumin Powder 

Ginger, Garlic Paste 

Finely chopped green chillies 

chilli powder 

Salt as per taste

oil 

Coriander chopped

Method to make Urad Dal Kachori Recipe


To  make urad dal kachori, first of all, keep urad dal in water for 8 to 9 hours. When the urad dal becomes flowering, grind it well in a grinder. 

Take out the dough and then filter a pot. Add light oil, salt to the flour, then knead the dough. Now heat the oil in the pan on the gas. After the oil is hot, add green chili, ginger and garlic paste to the oil and roast it for 4 to 5 minutes.

After this it becomes asafoetida and urad dal cooked with a little fried when the pulse light brown in fry well with red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. After this, turn off the gas. 

When urad may be chilled mixture Take it interlock put in flour. While kneading the flour, add fennel and green coriander leaves to it. After this, make small dough balls. Then roll it in the shape of puri. 

Take Heat oil on high heat for the above embroidery, put oil on medium heat after heat then take a plane to an all Kchaudion. Fry until it becomes light golden. Take your urad dal kachori is ready.
