How to Make Ginger Garlic Paste at home


Ginger and Garlic prove to be very good for your body. The taste of garlic and ginger makes any meal even more luxurious. But, often we use only ginger and garlic paste in food. Most people bring ginger-garlic paste from outside and add it to vegetables, while they should use homemade ginger-garlic paste only. Homemade paste is better. So let's learn how to make ginger-garlic paste.

Ingredients for Ginger Garlic Paste


1 cup ginger 

1 cup garlic 

Salt as per taste

2 Tsp oil

Method to make Ginger Garlic Paste


To  make a paste, first wash and peel the ginger and garlic and then cut it. and heat some oil.  After this, add ginger and garlic as well as hot oil to the grinder and grind it well.

Paste out of the grinder Take out in a bowl. Then add salt as per taste. When all are mixed, then keep this paste in the refrigerator in a glass bottle so that your paste can last for at least one month. 

Note : If you want the paste to run for a month, then you should not use water in it. Ginger and garlic is a paste used in all vegetables. It is mostly used in non-veg food.
