Method to make Veg Soya Kebab Recipe
First, grind all the ingredients (Soyabean, Chana Dal,Black papper, Cardamom,Ginger, poppy seeds, coriander, cumin seeds and cloves ) together and make a thick paste. It should be so thick that it becomes almost like dough.
Now Add (onion,coriarnder leaves,mint leaves,green chillies,salt,chaat masala,potato,lemon juice) together and make a thick paste.
Spread on your fingers and make a medium sized kebab with this paste, like a potato cake. For this you can apply some oil on your palm.
Now heat some oil in a pan or fry pen and roast all the kebab from both the sides.
Delicious and nutritious veg soya kebabs are ready.
Serve them with chutney or sauce of your choice.
Note:
Keep in mind that the paste for the kebabs should be thick enough to make its dough. For this it is important that when you grind the ingredients do not add too much water to it.
If after all the precautions, the kebab paste gets loose, then you can add some gram flour in it.
