Fried rice is a Chinese recipe, but now people of India have also liked it. Because it is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It takes very less time to make and is also spicy and tasty. You can also give it to children in tiffin (Lunch Box).

Fried rice is also made in many types, such as: Veg fried rice, egg fried rice, tomato rice, cumin rice etc. If you have cooked rice, you can make Schezwan Fried Rice within 10 minutes.

By the way, if you are a bachelor or student, this is a very good recipe for such people, because it takes very less time to make and the test is amazing. So let's see how it is made and what ingredients we will need to make it.

Ingredients for schezwan rice recipe


Basmati rice - 2 cups
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Cabbage - One fourth cup, finely chopped
Carrot - 2 tablespoons finely chopped
French Beans - 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Green Onion / Spring Onion = 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 3 finely chopped
Ginger - grated half teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Schezwan sauce - 4 tablespoons
Pepper-white paper powder - half a teaspoon
Yellow color - a pinch
Vinegar - 1 small spoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - as per taste
Water - 5 cups

Method how to make schezwan rice recipe


To make Schezwan rice, firstly soak basmati rice in water for half an hour. After the time, put five cups of water and a little salt in a pan to boil and when soaked in water, add soaked rice and cook it for 85 to 90 percent.

When rice boils from 85 to 90 percent, remove all its water and spread it for 15 to 20 minutes. Put the oil in a non stick pan to heat. Turn the gas to medium, when the oil is hot, add green chilies and onions and fry it while stirring.

After frying on high gas for one minute, add ginger, garlic, carrots, cabbage , beans, salt and white paper powder and fry it on high flame for three to four minutes.

Now add Schezwan sauce and fry it for two to three minutes, then after that add green onions, rice, vinegar and food color and mix it well. Cook it for three minutes while stirring on high flame. Turn off the gas after the scheduled time and take out the rice in a serving bowl and serve with Manchurian and have fun and eat.
