Aloo Masala Sandwich

Ingredients for Aloo Masala Sandwich

2 Potatoes , boiled and mashed
2 Tsp onion , finely chopped
2 Tsp capsicum , finely chopped
1 Tsp coriander , finely chopped
½ Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 Tsp chaat masala
4 Tsp salt
8 slices bread , white / brown
4 tablespoon tomato sauce
4 Tsp green chutney
1 Tomato , chopped
1 Tsp black pepper , crushed
1 Block cheddar cheese , grated
Butter , to roast

Method How to Make Aloo Masala Sandwich

In a large bowl take 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, 2 tablespoons onion, 2 tablespoons capsicum and 1 tablespoon coriander.

Add 2 tablespoons chilli powder, 1 tablespoons chaat masala and 2 tsp salt.

Mix everything well.

Now take 2 slices of bread and spread 1 tablespoons tomato sauce and 1 tablespoons green chutney on each slice of bread.

Spread 1 tablespoon of prepared potato masala on top of each bread slice.

Place tomato slices on top of the potato spices.

Then sprinkle ground pepper.

Then add lots of cheddar cheese.

Cover it with another slice of bread and press gently.

Put butter on both sides of the sandwich.

Finally, cut and serve the Spicy Potato Sandwich in two halves.
