Ingredients for Orange Cake Recipe


Orange / Tangerine /  malta-01
Flour - 01 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar -  1/2 cup
Linseed powder - Linseed powder - 02 teaspoons
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Butter Paper - As Required

Method to Make Orange Cake


Orange Cake Recipe, grate 1/2 teaspoon of orange/tangerine without peeling it out. After this, cut the orange/tangerine in 2 pieces and then squeeze it in a bowl and extract its juice. About 1/4 cup of tangerine juice is required for the cake. 

Now mix baking soda and baking powder in the flour and sieve it finely. Mix juice and flaxseed powder in a big bowl and mix. Then leave a large teaspoon of butter and add the remaining butter and mash and mix.

After this, add ground sugar and whisk until the mixture starts to swell. When the mixture swells, add all-purpose flour and whisk it lightly.

Now grease the cake container by putting butter all around inside and put a little butter paper in the shape of the container on the bottom and also put some butter on it. Now pour the cake mixture into the container and let it dissolve with the spoon.

After this, preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Place the cake container on the bottom rack in the preheated oven and set the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 25 minutes.

Check the cake after 25 minutes. The top surface of the cake turns brown when ready. To see if the cake is baked properly from the inside, take out a knife and bury it in the cake. If the cake is not stick in the knife, its cake is baked. If the cake is sticking in the knife, bake it for 5 more minutes.

Once the cake is baked, take it out of the oven and cool it. Then with the help of a knife, remove the layer of the cake from the container from the edge and overturn the container on the plate.

Take, the method of making your orange cake is complete. Now your delicious Eggless Orange Cake is ready. Cut it into the desired shape with a cake cutter/knife and serve.


Tips :

If there is no flaxseed, you can use milk powder instead. There may be a slight difference in the baking time of different ovens, so some ovens take longer. In such a situation, don't bother and keep checking the cake by extending the time 5-5 minutes.
