Chocolate Fudge Recipe |
We all know what it’s like when the urge for some delicious, sweet goods surfaces. If you’re not one of those people, you must know someone who is!
Whether you bake for yourself or gift it to someone you love, but this Chocolate fudge recipe is a solid way to feed those cravings!
Ingredients for Chocolate Fudge Recipe
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can of fat-free condensed milk
sprinkles/almonds/pistachios or any other toppings, if desired
Method to Make Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or place a pot on the stove. Turn the heat to low and dump the chips in the pot.
Stir chips until they meltdown.
Turn the heat off
Stir in the can of condensed milk Stir till it looks like Hershey’s syrup, only the consistency should be slightly thicker.
Take a sheet of wax paper and lay it out on a flat surface.
With a teaspoon, scoop out some of the mixtures once it’s cold. Place it in your hand.
Roll into a small ball.
Press the ball flat. The entire shape should be the size of a quarter.
After you roll the fudge, place them the same distance apart on a wax sheet.
If you’re a fan of sprinkles, use colored ones on top of the fudge. You can also use whatever topping you prefer to add, such as nuts, marshmallows, peanut butter.
If you’re feeling fancy, melt some white chocolate to drizzle over the fudge. Serve with ice cream or fruits on the side!
Notes:
If you are giving this as a gift, you will want to layer the fudge because it can get sticky. Try using wax paper layers in between your fudge when placed in a box. The fudge should be eaten the same week in order to have the best taste and be sure to refrigerate any leftover fudge to make sure you’re not left with melting.
