Egg Tawa Biryani

Egg Tawa Biryani
Egg Tawa Biryani

The spicy egg biryani can be prepared very quickly if you have boiled eggs and boiled rice is already ready.

It differs from Dum Biryani. The real Hyderabadi Biryani is famous for its way of making with which a Hindi word Dum is associated. This means softening the rice, in a vessel with a lid that you can cover and seal with the dough. This is a slightly longer process.

Normally in the runaway life, we do not have much time to cook rice in steam as per the process, so we have adopted this method of making biryani which is very quick and also very tasty.

Method to Make Egg Tawa Biryani

Before starting the recipe, make sure that you have boiled rice and boiled eggs. If you do not have it ready, We have counted 15 minutes of boiling rice and 10 minutes of boiling eggs, while preparing.

Heat 4-5 tablespoons of oil on high heat. This process will take about 3 minutes

When the oil is hot, add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cumin seeds, black peppercorns. Fry them on high heat for 30 seconds.

Add the onions and curry leaves to it. Fry them on high heat for 1 minute.

After 1 minute, add green chili and ginger garlic paste. Fry them for 2 minutes and stir continuously.

Now after 2 minutes, reduce the stove to low.

Add red chili powder, salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Now mix it well.

Keep the stove low and put coriander leaves in it. Mix it well with a light hand and add 2 cups of boiled rice to it.

Take out 1 cup of white rice and keep it aside. We will use them later.

After mixing it well, add lemon juice to it and then mix well.

Now after mixing it, keep the pan aside and now we fry the eggs.

Now take a pan and add 1.5 tablespoons of oil in it and heat it on high heat. This process will take about 3 minutes.

As long as the oil is hot, then cut the eggs in the middle. Cut them into two using a knife.

When the oil is hot, add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Now mix it well.

Now after adding it, reduce the stove to medium flame. To fry the eggs, keep it in such a way that the yellow part of the eggs is not visible.

Now fry the eggs for 30 seconds and then flip them and fry them from the other side as well.

Now after 30 seconds, turn off the stove.

Now the eggs are ready to be added to the biryani.

Decorating the plate in which we serve food is an important task. Now we start this process.

Now you have 1 cup of boiled rice, and rice in the onion Tadka (Tempering). What we just made a while ago is fried eggs and coriander leaves.

Place the rice in the onion Tadka (Tempering), right in the middle of the plate.

Now put a white rice in the plate and mix them with a little yellow rice too. By doing this, your rice will look white, yellow and orange in color.

Now place the egg pieces in the middle of the biryani.

Sprinkle coriander over them.

The hot Tawa egg is ready to be served to the biryani.

Along with this, you can also serve raita, onion salad, and green chutney. Keep this aside.
