Although we have often seen bread rolls being served at breakfast, these rolls can be served as snacks with the famous coriander chutney and tomato sauce and can also be enjoyed during evening tea.

Bread roll recipe is made by deep-frying in bread slices filled with pickled potatoes until golden brown in oil. Bread made from flour or multigrain bread can also be used for this recipe. You can prepare these bread rolls in advance and fry them at the time of serving. This is a very easy recipe.

You can also use your favorite seasonal vegetables along with potatoes in the stuffing mixer. This will not only enhance the taste of the mixer but will also increase nutritional value. Grated Paneer can also be a good option to use in this stuffing mixer.


Ingredients for Bread Roll Recipe


7 bread slices
5 Potatoes (boiled)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
3 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
250 ml oil

Method to Make Bread Roll Recipe


To make bread rolls, first, mash the potatoes.

Now add all the ingredients except bread and oil and mix it well.

This way stuffing will be ready.

Then take water in a bowl and dip the bread in it and dip it in this way and squeeze it between the palms.

Now put 2 spoons of the prepared mixture in it, pack it and make a roll by pressing it lightly.

Keep heating the oil in a pan and fry all the rolls in hot oil on medium flame till they turn brown.

Take out these rolls on a kitchen towel or tissue paper so that the extra oil comes out.

Crunchy bread rolls are ready. Serve hot with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
