Dhaba Style Dum Paneer at home

Ingredients for Dum Paneer
Oil: 1 tsp
Green Cardamom: 4 pieces
1 inch cinnamon
4 cloves
Roasted Onion Paste
Green chilli paste
3 Tsp curd
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Black pepper powder
3/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp Paprika Chilli
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
250 grams Cheese
coriander leaves and mint
1Tsp cream for garnishing
Method to Make Dum Paneer
Cut onions to thin long slices. Grind tomatoes and green chillies in mixer.
To make Dum Paneer, first heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and fry it till it smells good. After roasting add the onion paste and cook it well. After cooking add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and fry it for a while and then add curd.
Mix coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric, red chilli and salt and stir it for a while in the pan. After cooking for a while, add half a cup of water with cheese and cream. Cover the pan with foil paper from all sides and put a lid on it and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. If you want to make dry, you can cook the gravy more. Your dum paneer is ready, serve it with coriander and mint garnish.
