Paneer Bhurji Recipe

The specialty of this recipe is that you can also use it as a stuffing mixer for sandwiches, Parathas etc. It can also be used for paneer saddle rolls as well. Ingredients Paneer Bhurji Recipe
Paneer (grated)
Onion (cut into small pieces)
Capsicum (cut into small pieces)
Tomato (cut into small pieces)
Green Chilli (cut into small pieces)
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Garam masala powder
Ginger-garlic paste
cumin
oil or ghee
Method to make Paneer Bhurji
Firstly heat oil in a pan and fry cumin and ginger-garlic paste in it. After that, add onion and fry the onion on medium flame till it becomes brown. When the onion is well roasted then add tomatoes, green chillies, salt and turmeric and cook on low heat till the tomatoes become soft. Then add all the spices and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, so that all the spices are cooked and a smooth mixture is prepared. You can also add a little water if needed.
Add chopped capsicum to it and mix well with all the spices. After that add the paneer and cook for 1 minute with all the spices on medium heat and your tasty paneer bhurji is ready. You can eat it with naan, bread or parantha.
Suggesstions and Variations:
Use a non-stick pan or heavy bottom pan to keep vegetable from burning and sticking.
In this simple recipe, you can use tofu instead of paneer.
Method of Serving
This vegetable can be served with Naan, Paratha, Chapati and Rumali Roti in afternoon or evening meal. It can be served in side dishes along with the main meal.
