What is Chicken Pakora / Pakoda or Chicken Fritters?
It is an Indian non-vegetarian Fast food is a chicken and there in India is popular and widespread, people like to make chicken fritters and pakoda, It is very easy to make and equally tasty to eat.
The essential ingredients used to create this recipe is available commonly in India. As is usually the people in non Vegetarian Recipes is hard to make but today we have to show you to prove that even restaurant as delicious Chicken Pakora You can do that without any difficulty.
In almost every cities of India like Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai,Ahmedabad and many cities You will usually find this chicken pakoda in Lucknow.
Ingredients for Chicken Pakora
300 grams of Chicken with Bones
1/2 Egg Whipped Bittle Egg
2 Tsp Curd Curd
1/4 Tsp Ajinomoto
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp Chicken Masala
Salt as per taste
Some drops are red colored
1 Tsp Corn Flour
1 Tsp all purpose flour
A few drops Dark Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp Green Chili Sauce
1/4 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4 Tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste
5 Green Chillies 1/2 chopped
4-5 Curry Leaves
Green Coriander
Oil
Method to make Chicken Pakora
First of all keep the oil warm, now in a bowl, beaten egg, 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp chicken masala, salt as per taste Add 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp maida.
Now add some boiled dark soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon tomato ketchup, 1/4 teaspoon green chilli sauce and some drops of red color and mix all the ingredients well. And prepare the mixture.
Now put the chicken in it and leave it to marinate for 10 minutes, now the oil is hot, then fry the chicken on low heat for 10-12 minutes, after 10-12 minutes it turns light brown and crisp. If it is, take it out.
Put about 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add a little green chilli, some curry leaves, 1-2 teaspoons curd, a little color and chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Now the chicken pakoda is ready, then turn off the heat and decorate it with green coriander.
