How to make Biryani Rice. How to prepare unripe rice for fried rice and pulao with step by step recipe. Cooking rice is not an art or rocket science and almost everyone can cook it. However, you may need extra effort to cook the perfect non-sticky rice for a variety of Indian dishes. One such popular rice-based recipe is biryani and requires extra care and caution for unripe rice.

Today I tell you 2 ways to prepare rice without sticking. My personal preference is the boiling method or primitive method. Basically this is the fast way. However, it requires a minimum of 20 minutes additional soaking time than the other. In the second option, I have directly roasted rice in ghee. It helps absorb all the flavors and makes it un-sticky. However, there is a risk of over-roasting, and this can spoil the end result. If it is roasted too much, it can split and you cannot get rice like long grains. Hence lime in these options as per your taste and choice.

  4. Cold-pressed coconut oil is mostly made from the flesh of mature coconuts, thanks to their higher oil content. After grinding them into flakes, the oil is extracted at a low temperature using a press. It is not refined with chemicals, bleached, and odorized like regular coconut oils.
