Ingredients required to make macaroni casserole

50 grams Semolina Vermicelli.
4 Tsp finely chopped onions.
2 Tsp finely chopped carrots.
2 Tsp finely chopped capsicum.
2 Tsp finely chopped cabbage.
2 Tsp finely chopped tomatoes.
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder.
1 Tsp Pulao Masala.
1 Tsp Coriander Leaves.
2 Dry Red Chillies.
Salt according to taste.
3 Tsp oil.

How to make macaroni casserole (Sevai Pulao)


First of all, put 1 tablespoon of oil in a nonstick pan and let it heat, then add macaroni and fry it lightly, roast the vermicelli on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Now put 2-3 cups of water and salt in it, now let it boil and cook the macaroni to 80℅, then filter it in a sieve and let it cool, now keep it aside and prepare to make casserole.

Now put 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick pan, then fry the dried red chillies in the oil, now add the onion in the same oil and cook the onion till it becomes transparent.

Now add ginger garlic, green chilli paste and carrot and fry it lightly, then add cabbage and capsicum to it and fry them a little, then add tomatoes and let them sleep lightly.

When all the ingredients are well roasted then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and casserole masala to it, now after frying all the spices well, add cooked macaroni to it.

Now toss the macaroni well with all the spices and cook it well, now all the spices and macaroni are mixed well and the casserole is made, then turn off the gas and take out the casserole in a bowl and mix them, then dry red chillies Garnish with green coriander and tomato flower and serve.
