⅓ Cup Thick Curd
2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
1 ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder
½ Tsp Garam Masala
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
¼ Tsp Nutmeg Powder
2 Tsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Vinegar
10 Pieces (900gm) Mutton Chops
Oil, for cooking
Coriander, for garnish
Method to make Masala Mutton Chops Recipe
In a bowl, include curd, ginger-garlic glue, salt, pepper, coriander powder, red bean stew, garam masala, cumin powder, sugar, nutmeg, cornflour, lemon juice and vinegar. Blend well and include Mutton Chops.
Coat the lamb (Chops) hacks with the marinade by blending great. Cover and refrigerate for the time being to marinate.
