Ripe bananas - 2
Semolina - 1 cup
Curd - 2 teaspoons
Refined oil - 2 teaspoons
Sugar as per taste
Baking soda - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Tutti Frutti - 1 tablespoon

Method to make Banana Cupcake Recipe

First of all take the ripe banana and peel it and put it in a bowl and mash it well with the help of a fork. If you want, you can also mash it with the help of mixer. After mashing, keep it on the side.

On the other hand, mix semolina in a bowl with semolina. You can also use flour or flour instead of semolina.

Then add refined oil to this solution. You can also add butter or desi ghee instead of refined. Then add some sugar to it. You have to use sugar a little less because ripe bananas are sweet in taste.

Now add cardamom powder to the flavor. Then mix it well and add a little water and whisk the batter well. After whisking, add mashed banana paste to it.

Beat the banana paste with semolina paste as well. Then you add the tutti frutti. Now leave it like this for 15 minutes. This is because semolina takes a little time to dissolve.

After 15 minutes, take a skillet and put a little salt in it. Then spread the salt and cover it for 5 minutes and let it heat up.

Now add light oil in the mold of pan cake and put the ripe banana paste. But before adding it, you have to add baking soda to the paste. If you do not have mold, you can also make it in a small bowl.

Now garnish it with the tutti frutti and place it in a pan with a plate that you have placed to preheat. Allow it to simmer on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
