Gulab Sharbat or Rose Syrup



Rose syrup is very tasty and wonderful. In summer it gives you relief from the heat and cools you. Everyone likes rose syrup. You can keep it in your freeze whenever you want and you can consume it as per your wish and requirement.

The taste of Gulab Sharbat is sweet and fragrant. While making it, its fragrance spreads far and wide. Fresh roses are added to Gulab Sharbat which looks very fragrant.

Gulab Sharbat is very famous everywhere in India. Wherever you go during the summer season, you will find this rose syrup easily and everywhere, the number of people who consume it will also be found.




Ingredients for Gulab Sharbat

30 red roses
5 cups sugar
5 cups of water
1 beet
20 basil leaves
20 mint leaves
20 coriander leaves
4 lemons


Method of making Gulab Sharbat


To make Gulab Sharbat, first take the leaves of rose and wash it thoroughly in water and clean it. Now dry them by placing them on a cloth. Pour the dried leaves in the grinder as well as add some hot water. Now grind the leaves in a grinder and prepare a mixture.

Take out the juice of the made rose leaves in a bowl. Now grind beetroot pieces, coriander, mint and basil leaves in a grinder and grind it well.

Put the ground mixture in water and keep it on the gas for boiling. After boiling, filter the mixture with a sieve and keep it in a bowl.

Now put water and sugar in a vessel and keep it on the gas for boiling. After some time sugar and water will mix together. Now turn off the gas and wait for the sugar syrup to cool down.

When the syrup is cold, add the mixture of the two made juices to it and mix it as well as extract the lemon juice and add to it.

Keep this mixture covered for some time. Your delicious Gulab Sharbat is ready in some time. Fill it in a bottle and keep it in freeze and use it according to your need.
