Egg Keema

Ingredients for Egg Keema
6 eggs hardboiled – peeled and grated
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup water
2 large tomatoes – pureed
1 onion – finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
1-inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamoms
2 cloves
2 tsp ginger finely chopped
2 tsp garlic finely chopped
3-4 green chilies – finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
Method to make Egg Keema
Put the peas in a little water for 30 minutes.Fry the cloves, cardamoms, bay leaf, and cinnamon in the oil for 30 seconds and add the
onions and salt.
Let cook for 8-10 minutes after add garlic and ginger and continue to saute for five minutes.
Add the tomato pulp and green chilies and stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
Add Spice Powder and egg add salt as per taste.
Stir all the things until the eggs are completely mixed with the masala.
Add Peas, masala and some water and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Switch off the flame. Egg Keema is ready to serve and enjoy.
