Ingredients for Veg Manchurian


Carrot - 1 no. grated
Cabbage - 1 cup finely grated 
French Beans - 2 nos cut up
Capsicum - 1/2 no. finely chopped
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp 
Chopped Garlic - 1/2 tsp 
Spring onion stalk - 2 tsp 
Spring onion - 2 tsp 
Salt to taste
Pepper 
All purpose flour/ Maida - 3 tsp 
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Oil for frying 


For Manchurian sauce

Oil - 2 tsp 
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp 
Chopped Garlic - 1/2 tsp 
Spring onion - 1/4 cup
Spring onion stalk - 2 tsp 
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp 
Red Chili sauce - 3 tsp 
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp 
Pinch of Salt 
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp 
Little Water
Garnish it with Spring Onion stalk 


Method for Veg Manchurian


To make Veg Manchurian, firstly wash the cabbage and chop it finely. Then after washing all the vegetables like carrots, capsicum, beans, finely chop them. Then after putting all the vegetables in the pressure cooker, add a little salt and boil till a whistle comes.

Then after that, take out the steam and filter all the vegetables and separate the water from it. Now add corn flour, salt and pepper to the vegetables and prepare the paste. Then after putting oil in a pan, put it on the gas to heat it. When the oil is hot then we will deep fry the balls to make Manchurian.

For which we will make small bolls from this paste and put in oil and deep fry it. Until the bolls become golden brown. Now take out all the balls and place them on tissue paper. Now we will prepare gravy for Manchurian, for which we will heat two spoons of oil in a pan.

Then add finely chopped onion, green chilies, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and stir until they turn golden brown. After 2 minutes, add finely chopped green onions, beans and roast them for a while. Then after that add soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar and stir it, on the other hand you will make a batter by adding a little water to 1 tablespoon corn flour in a bowl and you will add this solution to a paste.

Then after that add some water and prepare the gravy. When the gravy comes to a boil, then put the prepared Manchurian balls in it and turn off the gas after stirring. Now our veg Manchurian gravy is ready, which we can serve by garnishing with green onions.
