2 onions (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala

Method to make Stuffed Capsicum

First heat oil in a pan and then add asafetida and cumin seeds to it.

Add onions and fry for 2 minutes.

After this add gram flour and let it roast on low heat.

When the gram flour is roasted a little, add green chilies and all the spices and fry it for 5 more minutes.

Now add grated paneer to it and mix it well and take this mixture off the flame and let it cool.

Now cut the capsicum from the stalk and remove its seeds and empty it.

Before filling the stuffing in capsicum, set the oven to warm at 200 ° C.

Put some oil or butter inside the capsicum. This will keep the capsicum moist while cooking in the oven.

Now fill the prepared mixture of gram flour and paneer in it and pack it back with its stalk.

Put a little ghee or butter on a baking tray. Putting capsicum in it, bake it in a preheat oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
