Method to make Dal Makhani

I am heating one pan here and in this, I am going to add 1-2 tsp of oil and put around 1 tbsp of butter, add cumin seeds ( around 1 tsp of cumin seeds ), when you see it's started changing color you can add the garlic and ginger in it, you may think this is the lots
of garlic and ginger but if you want the restaurant or Dhaba style recipe then you have to add this much garlic and ginger in it.

Now in this put Finely chopped onions and saute it until it becomes golden brown after adding the finely chopped tomatoes,1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, salt and mix it nicely.

Now in this add the red chili powder, you can add according to your need, you can make it spicy or mild spicy, I want to make it Dhaba style so I am adding more red chili powder, give it a nice Color.

Now in this put around 1/2 tsp of kitchen king masala, add 150 gm of urad dal or you can say around 1 cup and the same amount of rajma ( boiled rajma).

Now in this put little water so we can cook it nicely and we can make it a nice gravy so we can serve it with the rice, you can make gravy according to your need if you are serving it with the rice then you can add more water. cooked up for 10-15 minutes.

It will be ready to serve dal Makhani with Jeera rice or plain rice.
