Ingredients for Oil Free Aloo Paratha:

500 grams Roasted Potatoes.

250 grams Whole Wheat Flour.

1 medium sized tomato.

2 Spicy Green Chillies.

Fresh Coriander Leaves.

1 Tsp roasted and coarsely ground cumin seeds.

1 inch Ginger.

1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder.

Salt according to taste.


Method to make Oil Free Aloo Paratha


First take wheat flour in a big vessel, then add salt and water as per need, take soft dough and keep it aside.

Now finely chop the green chillies, ginger and tomatoes in a bowl, separate the roasted potato peels and cut them into small pieces and put them in the bowl.

Now add coarsely ground cumin and red chili powder in the bowl and mix well, the stuffing is ready.

Now make small balls from the dough, now roll the three balls like bread, now take one roti and apply some oil on it and sprinkle a little dry flour, then place the other roti on it, now dry it by applying oil to the other roti. Sprinkle the flour and then place the third roti.

Now make a roll by sprinkling some dry flour on the third roti, now cut the rolls into two respect portions, now roll the chopped rolls like roti, then put some potato stuffing in the middle of the roti and cover it with the sides. As per the vine, prepare all the potato parathas in this way.
