Today we will teach you how to make garlic chicken, which is made by deep-frying it. It will not be like a restaurant but yes, it will not take anything less than that. You can enjoy it by making it during monsoon and winter. Let's know its recipe


Ingredients for Garlic Chicken


For marination -
300g boneless chicken
4 teaspoon curd
Salt - a little bit
Black pepper powder - a pinch

For seasoning-
2 teaspoons - oil
1 bunch - hard leaf
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion, finely chopped

For Chili Garlic Sauce-
5 red chillies or 3/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
5 garlic cloves
3/4 spoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
Water - 15 to 30 mL

To garnish -
coriander leaves
Chopped onions
Lemon


Method to make Garlic Chicken


Mix curd, salt, and chilli in water and whisk well and keep aside.

Then wash the chicken and keep it in the refrigerator overnight in the same paste.

Now grind the ingredients given in garlic sauce.

Then remove the chicken from the fridge and wrap it well in garlic sauce and leave it for 5 minutes.

Now heat the oil in the pan, cumin and curry leaves in it and saute it.

Then add chopped onions and brown it.

Add chicken and fry 2-3 minutes on high flame.

As soon as you see that the chicken has started to turn white, then reduce the heat and cover it and cook until it becomes soft.

After a while remove the lid from the pan and dry the chicken. Turn off the heat when the sauce starts sticking to the chicken, otherwise the chicken will become hard.

Now garnish it and serve.
